Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We are unable to offer refunds unless an item has a genuine fault. We do offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase and we can offer you a credit note for further use. Our credit notes are valid for six months.
I want to return my item - do you pay for my return shipping?
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and do require an RA before returned. For all returns/exchanges please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I process a return?
To do so, simply email us at email@example.com and our customer service team will hand your return. Item(s) that are worn, altered, washed, soiled, tampered or not in original condition are unable to be returned.
Of course, If for some reason you don't love your Gelati Jeans purchase, customer care can help you exchange it for something you think you will prefer. For all exchanges please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Postage and handling of all Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
An item I want to buy is sold out - will you be restocking it?
Many of our products are exclusive or limited edition. Sometimes - due to popular demand - we may restock best sellers.
If you wish to be notified when a product is back in stock, please email our customer service team at email@example.com. We would love to hear from you with any questions, and of course any feedback!
How do I enter my discount code?
You will be able to enter your discount code during the checkout process. Just enter the code into the "Discount" box on the right-hand side of the "Customer information" page during check-out and it will be applied to your order.
Can I use more than one code on my order?
Only one of our discount codes can be used per transaction. However, a credit note from a previous order can be used in conjunction with a promotional code.
I forgot to enter my code! What can I do?
Unfortunately we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed. However if you have forgotten to enter the code and made a payment, please email us and we can adjust it for you.
Shipping & Delivery
Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails get sent to junk mail if we are not added as a contact.
- Try checking your junk mail folder first.
- Add Gelati Jeans as a contact.
Allow 1 - 3 business day for shipping confirmation emails to come through, or until the next business day if ordering over a weekend.
Can I schedule a time for delivery?
We use Australia Post with delivery between 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to schedule an exact time or day for delivery when you place your order.
The usual process for Australia Post if you are not home is that a calling card is left for larger parcels for pickup at your local post office.
In some cases, for smaller parcels, the drivers will leave the goods at your doorstep.
A suggestion is to use a work address (including business name) or an alternate address where someone will be present to sign for your delivery on your behalf.
How do I track my order?
If you've made an account with us, your order history will be in "My Account". Simply log in with your details and track your order from there. If not, you should have received an email with tracking information at the time of your order.
