DELIVERY

Gelati Jeans delivers nationwide with Australia Post; orders can be delivered on the same day if purchases are made before 12pm if located in Melbourne, Victoria. Standard post for next business day service to metropolitan and city areas are also available. For the Northern Territory, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

Gelati Jeans delivers internationally with Australia Post , with all orders being dispatched within 2-3 days and be delivered within 1-12 business days depending on your location. For international orders, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide an alternate delivery address.

Depending on the destination country and the value of the goods, you may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these duties and taxes, not Gelati Jeans. Please note, Gelati Jeans is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Depending on the country, you may be able to contact your local customs offices directly for a refund of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information regarding duties and taxes.

DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, Customer Care will contact you immediately.

 

PRE PAID SHIPPING

Australian customers will receive free shipping for order over $50. For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $10AUD standard delivery and $14.95AUS express delivery for any purchase to be shipped within Australia.

 

INTERNATONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately at this time we do not provide free shipping for international sales. Gelati offers a flat rate of $20AUD for all delivery addresses to United states, United Kingdom, New Zealand.

Customers outside of Australia and NZ should be aware that in some countries if you are not there to receive the initial delivery, you may be charged import duty when you collect it from your post office. To avoid this, where possible please provide a delivery address where someone will be home during business days to receive the item (eg. a work address). 

 

Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs. Gelati Jenas will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs. 

  

RETURNS

We give you 14 days from receiving your order to decide to return it. To do so, simply email us here and a customer care representative will handle your return.  Item(s) that are worn, altered, washed, soiled or tampered with in anyway will void exchange policy. Full price merchandise only. 

 

EXCHANGE

Of course! If for some reason you don’t love your Gelati Jeans purchase, customer care can help you exchange something you think you’ll like better. Contact them at info@gelatijeans.co 

For all returns and exchanges we cannot provide pre-paid shipping.
