Win a VIP “CUSTOMISE YOUR GELATI WINDCHEATER” Event for you and 7 friends at Gelati Jeans
This competition is run by Unit 3 Pty Ltd trading as Gelati Jeans via Facebook and open to applicants over 18 years of age only. All applicants must reside in Australia and be able to attend as a guardian to the VIP event. Entries are open from 5pm 8th August 2018 AEST to 12am 31st August 2018 AEST. Gelati Jeans employees and immediate family are not eligible to enter.
Entries are made by visiting our Facebook landing page https://www.facebook.com/gelatijeans/ , each entrant is required to like the Gelati Jeans Fan Page, tag three friends into the shared post and pin the competition post to their personal Facebook page. The shared post must be made public (through the posts privacy settings) and the competition image must remain on the personal landing page of each entrant for the duration of the competition. Once shared and three friends are tagged in the comments section of the post comment @gelatijeans and tell us in 30 words or less why your Gelati Gal should win this VIP Experience. All entrants are to be following the Gelati Jeans brand on Facebook for the duration of the competition and beyond.
There will be one winner selected at 10am Saturday 1st of September 2018 and they must be available to attend the event as a guardian to the children and the event must be held before Sunday 8th December 2018. The winner will be selected only after all requirements of the competition have been followed.
The event prize is a two hour “VIP Event” at our flagship store 1272 High Street Armadale, Victoria, Australia. The prize winner can select 1 to 8 children, no younger than 8 years of age and no older than 14 years of age (Sizes 8 – 14) to attend the event. The event must be held between the hours of 9am – 8pm if held on a Monday to Friday and 10am – 5pm if Saturday or Sunday. Gelati Jeans is not liable for any travel costs associated to and from the venue.
Gelati Jeans will provide a personalised Gelati Event invitation to the event for the winner. Each child attending the event will be provided with 1 x Gelati Jeans Canvas Bag, 1 x Personalised Colour Custom Windcheater with Baseball Letters which includes the name or word of their choice of up to 10 letters and 1- 2 additional patches of their choice, 1 x Glitter Make Over, 1 x Candy/Assorted Party Bag and 20% off store wide for the duration of the event. No snacks will be provided but drinks (water and mineral water) will be provided. The prizes provided are not redeemable or exchangeable and only children who physically attend the VIP Event on the day will be able to claim the prize inclusions above.
An official photographer (WWC provided) will be attending the event to take pictures for the duration of the event. These pictures remain property of Gelati Jeans but we will be provided to the prize winner seven days after the event. In accordance to Victorian legislation, Gelati jeans will provide the appropriate paperwork to the prize winner for them to provide to all attendees of event which will state if we have/do not have permission to photograph their child. All paperwork must be provided before the event to ensure the event can be held. By entering the competition, you warrant that the pictures taken of the child you are guardian for and have allocated as the “prize winner” can be used on social media. By entering, you also grant Gelati Jeans the rights to use these images, videos, and text for promotional use as seen fit by Gelati Jeans.
Gelati Jeans reserves the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably suspect unlawful or improper conduct, such as infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
